13/21 Days of Prayer

Ephesians 3:17-19 (NKJV)
17 that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, 18 may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height— 19 to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
I don’t think we can ever fully grasp how much God loves us. The closest I’ve ever come to glimpsing his unconditional love is when I held my children for the first time. In that moment, I understood the love a father has for his children. But His love goes far beyond that.
The apostle Paul says that Christ’s love for you surpasses all knowledge.
A great biblical scholar who had dedicated his life to the study of scripture was asked to sum up his knowledge of the Bible in a few sentences. He quickly replied, “Jesus loves me this I know, for the Bible tells me so.” How simple, beautiful, and how unending that truth really is.
PRAY:
Lord, help me to know how wide, how long, how deep, and how high your love for me truly is.
