One College offers associate and bachelors degrees at competitive tuition rates. Students enroll in Southeastern University’s academic programs to earn a degree. As students of SEU, financial aid grants and student loans are available upon application.

Ministry Training
At One College, students will receive hands-on training and real time ministry experience through One Church Staff and leadership. The practicums that students can choose from include Worship, Production, Next Gen Ministries, Pastoral Leadership, and more!

Housing at One College
We are excited for the opportunity to provide housing options for our One College students. We have partnered with Cypress Creek Apartments in Royse City, Texas where our students will live in 3 bedroom apartments.
Each unit will house 2 students per bedroom and will have an approved Resident Assistant living at the apartment. All utilities are included in the price.

What is included in the dorms?
In each dorm we provide a twin bed, mattress, and night stand per student. Also provided is a kitchen dining table, chairs, and additional household items such as:

Housing Terms
9 Month Housing Term
Total cost for 9 month housing term:
$5,875 (can be divided into 9 equal payments)
Deposit of $675 is due at time of application. Deposit will be used as the last month’s rent and the application fee of $25
Yearly Housing Term
Total cost for 12 month housing term:
$5,475 (can be divided into 12 equal payments)
Deposit of $475 is due at time of application. Deposit will be used as the last month’s rent and the application fee of $25.

How long is the program?
Depending on the program chosen, the minimum requirement is at least 2 years.
Does One College offer financial aid or student loans?
If you enroll in the Academic Program – yes! Because Southeastern University is a regionally accredited institution, its partnership with One College enables enrolled students to pay for their college experience using federal financial aid.
What programs can I choose from?
One College students can choose from Traditional, Academic, Evening and Trade programs. You can learn more in the ‘Programs and Tuition’ section above.
Is there an age limit?
One College is open to students of any age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
