1/21 Days of Prayer

Colossians 3:15 (NLT)
Have you ever had one of those days when it feels like if it can go wrong, it will go wrong? We’ve all been there at some point in our lives. Sometimes it’s just one situation that seems to be going wrong in our lives. If we aren’t careful, we can let those things begin to steal our peace.
Colossians says, “Let peace from Christ rule in your hearts.”
That means we have a decision to make. Will we let our circumstances determine our peace, or will we let Christ give us a peace that doesn’t change with our ever changing circumstances.
PRAY:
Lord, today I make a choice that I will not let my emotions or my circumstances get the best of me today. God, I ask that Your peace would rule in my heart and in my life – no matter what’s going on around me. Thank you for Your peace that passes all understanding. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
