God, my refuge
He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High
Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress;
My God, in Him I will trust.”
God is your shelter and your shield. Whatever you are going through, He is a safe place and your refuge.
Day 8/21 Days of Prayer & Fasting
The Lord is With me
Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.
Take a few moments to draw near to God. Ask Him to speak to you and take time to listen to what He says.
Day 7/21 Days of Prayer & Fasting
Blessing
And Jabez called on the God of Israel saying, “Oh, that You would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain!” So God granted him what he requested.
Pray for God’s blessings to flow in your life, in your family, in your friends, and in your co-workers.
Day 6/21 Days of Prayer & Fasting
Trusting God’s Plan
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.
God, I trust you and I trust the plans that you have for me. I know that you have good plans for me. I trust that you are bringing good things and good people into my life.
Day 5/21 Days of Prayer & Fasting
Presence
Where can I go from Your Spirit?
Or where can I flee from Your presence?
If I ascend into heaven, You are there;
If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there.
If I take the wings of the morning,
And dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea,
Even there Your hand shall lead me,
And Your right hand shall hold me.
If I say, “Surely the darkness shall fall on me,”
Even the night shall be light about me;
Indeed, the darkness shall not hide from You,
But the night shines as the day;
The darkness and the light are both alike to You.
In every season God is by your side. Thank Him for staying with you through every season and every turn.
Day 4/21 Days of Prayer & Fasting
Provision
The Lord is my shepherd;
I shall not want.
He makes me to lie down in green pastures;
He leads me beside the still waters.
He restores my soul;
He leads me in the paths of righteousness
For His name’s sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil;
For You are with me;
Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
You anoint my head with oil;
My cup runs over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
All the days of my life;
And I will dwell in the house of the Lord
Forever.
Take some time to count your blessings. Thank God for being your source and your provider.
